Not the best race today. I couldn't breathe at all bc I had more shit coming out of my nose and throat and lungs than I was able to get air in, so it was painful trying to breathe. Ran slower than I should've, but I still pushed the whole way through. At least I didn't run 28:17 like Beasley-Turner did today, I almost feel bad for that guy. One of these days I'm going to have a big race, I'm not leaving college without that happening. I want to be feel happy with myself. I'm so proud of everyone else that ran today, they all ran so well and I couldn't ask for a better group of guys to be on the line with. Sam, Chris, Liam, Will, Colm, and Adam: let's fucking eat in Kentucky if we get the chance. Roll Jays.
