Took the first half of the day to let my body continue to recover after how bad I felt yesterday, I wanted to make sure I wouldn't have a repeat of that. Just went out and ran chill for this, didn't put any pressure on myself to do anything spectacular today. Felt good, nothing to complain about with this run.
