Gary Brown Memorial 5 Miler. Accidentally left my flats at school in the locker room bc I wasn’t able to get back in when I moved out so I was stuck wearing my cross spikes which was definitely not the move for being on the towpath. I was running a bit faster than I finished until I felt like I pulled something right below the middle of my ribs with about two miles to go so that wasn’t fun. It was also humid as hell and I still can’t breathe but I’m working on it. Still got 10th though ayyy
