First time to complete 5 miles!
Started out running but had to use the BR after a mile. Once I stop it's just easier to run intervals. I decided to do 5 miles today to punish myself for some awful eating lately! I need 2 bathroom breaks to complete so minus the time from BR breaks here are my numbers:

I felt tired after the run and my hips for sore, knees did not bother me.
