COMMENTS: woke-up feeling pretty good... toe still hurting so not running today.

breakfast: oatmeal

lunch: sticky rice

snack: finished rest of jamba juice

dinner: pasta and sausage marinara

work-out started too hard, don't use the fat burn setting again... struggled to finish. Ab work-outs still very difficult; can only finish one circuit
