COMMENTS: Did not sleep well last night. Bagged the run in the morning and decided to wait for the evening. Leg still feeling pretty good. Got a call from Chris and jogged down to Brook House for a warm-up. Work-out was as follows:
1.8m w/u
5.7m: treadmill, 5 min @ 7.5mph
6 x 4:00 @ 9.2,9.4, w/ 1:00 RI @ 7.5mph
5 min @ 7.5 mph
1.8m c/d back home
Warm-up felt great. 6:20 mile is still tough, although it felt better towards the end. HRM bugged out, but saw some readings up around 172-173 towards the end, so reasonable. More like a critical velocity work-out. A little tired when I got home, but overall happy with the result.
