COMMENTS: 2 miles warm-up w/ SWU, 2 rounds of circuit training (including 6 x 600 done @ 6:00 pace), 2 miles cool-down.
Done at the YMCA. Felt pretty good during most of the work-out, like I could have done one more circuit. Intervals felt very comfortable; experimented with further quickening stride by concentrating on picking up cadence and staying low to the ground.
