COMMENTS: Originally planned to do 2x3m repeats at MP. 1st 3 mile rep felt great, but then lateralis tightened up 1 mile into the 2nd rep. Jogged back afterwards. Probably doing more harm than good at this point. On the positive side, heart rate seems to holding pretty steady.
