COMMENTS: felt lousy waking up this morning. slept from 12:30-7:30. good solid bowel just before run.
Breakfast: Oatmeal
Lunch: rice with chicken and cashew, dumplings
post-work-out: powerbar, glucerna
dinner:
started too fast, felt some irregular beats at around 3:30 minutes into it. Stopped for a bit, stretched, and then continued. Ran continuously until mile 3 under BU bridge; stopped to cross storrow and over bridge. Stopped at mile 4 at traffic light. Finished the rest of the way pretty strong.
