COMMENTS: Done on treadmill downstairs.
6x1000m @ 9.6, 1.0 elevation, about 1:20 jog @ 5.5
These intervals felt surprisingly smooth, even though I was doing 6:15 mile pace. Never saw my HR go over 170, and in some intervals, not over 165. Very happy with this workout (compare to 12/21/06 workout).
