COMMENTS: Did on treadmill at YMCA. Feeling a bit fatigued after Mondays cross-training. Ran 30 minutes 7.0mph, then alternated 30 sec. @ 12.0mph, 1 min. @ 7.0mph. Last two were difficult to finish. Finished work-out with about 12 minutes @ 7.0mph. HR stayed elevated during cool-down. Couldn't tell whether it was fatigue or dehydration.
