COMMENTS: Did treadmill HR test @ 1 degree incline. Started for 6 minutes @ 10:00 pace, then dropped down to 8:00 pace. HR never exceed 141, so upped it to 7:30 pace. HR started to creep up to 150, so dropped back down to 8:00. Seems to be about my MAF.
