COMMENTS: Cinder track @ Vermont Academy
Planned to do 4x1mile @ 10K, 3min. RI.
planning to do a long run tomorrow, and with the heat, decided to cut it to 3x1m instead. 2nd interval was tough, tried to hit 6:00 flat, but not happening with the heat, dirt track, and solo workout. Happy with the effort.
