BF run at Thorndike. Brisk and cold morning.... couldn't feel my hands for the 1st 5 miles or so. After 2 mile w/u, tried to look for a bathroom, but no dice. Kept running on the bike route and eventually stopped at the first Starbucks. Load lightened, I took off after the group and eventually caught up with them around Lexington. Made a little loop around Hartwell Ave. to get in an extra two miles. Around this time, maybe from 9 miles to the turnaround, legs started to feel dead and tired and left foot starting to get sore, that bizarre crampy feeling I get. Stopped at the turnaround to chat with Audrey, then took off at MP. Felt really smooth for the 1st 5 miles. By mile 7, starting to feel the pace and left foot starting to cramp. Hanging on for dear life for the next two miles, I think mile 8's position was long. Turned it on for the last mile and actually started to feel better. Really tired by the finish. 1st 12 miles really took a lot out of my legs, but very happy with the pace I was able to hold.
