COMMENTS: woke-up many times but overall felt good in the morning
breakfast: oatmeal
lunch: okdol bi bimbap, shrimp shumai
snack: coconut rice, wraps
dinner: orzo with tomato sauce, white bean salad, one rack of lamb
work-out: 40 minutes on bike (12 miles) @ 95rpm, then jumped on treadmill for the remainder. Tried shortening stride and increasing stride rate. Less bounce in stride. Run went by with very little discomfort. Definitely could have run for another 2 miles. Achilles getting better... no pain during run.
