COMMENTS: Felt really good all day.
work-out:
4 miles @ 7:20 pace (8.2 mph)
4 miles @ 7:10 pace (8.4 mph)
2 miles @ 7:00 pace (8.6 mph)
The beginning of the work out was very comfortable. Held it together quite well until mile 8, at which point I started to feel it from the race on Sunday. I held on for two more miles and stopped because I felt my form starting to falter. Continuing would probably have been detrimental. Interestingly, I was never breathing hard, just feeling some leg fatigue.
