Side plank (lift and leg raise), 10 per side
front plank (single and double), 10 per
back plank (leg raise), 10 per
side plank (add/abd), 10 per
front plank (single leg to the side), 10 per
single leg half squat (3 sides), 10 per, no wt.
balance beam, 10 per, no wt.
