Notes
Woke up the morning of the Stu's and did feel great. Nuchal headache and mild malaise. Felt ok for the 1st 10 miles of the race, but then fell apart after that. Cold really settled in around mile 15 and felt like a death march to the finish line. Almost fell asleep a couple times on the way home. Haven't felt this lousy in awhile during a run.
