8:55, no HRM
Ran to Cleveland Circ to meet with Chris, Josh, Lara, and Renee. Legs really sore from yesterday's race, especially the hammies. Not sure if I would hold up for this one. Set-off at an easy pace, than hung with the guys for the rest of the run. Stopped at the Whole Foods in Wellesley and decided to turn back with Chris and Lara. Easier effort on the way back. Legs feeling pretty dead along cemetery mile. Good run overall and looking forward to a day off.
