BAA Tempo & Hills workout
Always enjoy this workout b/c of the combination and variety. Legs finally feel fresh after Boston Prep 16. Jogged to Cleveland Cr and then ran with Chris and Pat most of the way. 1st portion was pretty comfortable. Tempo was rough for the 1st mile, but then got easier during the 2nd mile as I found my rhythm. Repeats felt smooth. 1st two felt harder than last couple, but intervals stayed consistenly around the 2:00 mark. C/d run with Pat out and back to Coolidge Corner, than did an extra loop around Chestnut Hill Ave. to get up to 17m. Legs felt somewhat dead at the end, but it may have been from standing around too long. Not as brutal as last year's c/d.
