COMMENTS: BAA track workout
5x1200m @ 10K, 2.5 min. RI
Felt pretty fresh today. Went out easy on the 1st interval. Then, decided to go with the 1st group for the rest of the intervals. Held it together until the last one, when the wind and fatigue did me in. Intervals didn't feel smooth... i tried to relax but it didn't seem to work.
