unseasonably warm day. Took to the trails as twilight approached. First trail segment was fine, but footing was tricky once it got dark. Have to remember to bring my headlamp for these twilight runs. Otherwise a pretty comfortable run. Knee feeling good, but not sure what kind of shape I'm in right now with Saturday coming up. Head cold finally subsiding.
