Took Aidan out for a medium long run around the charles. Temps were quite nice at the beginning, but the humidity was stifling. Most of the run was smooth, but really started to feel it when I crossed back over to Comm Ave from the Charles at BU. Cloud cover was gone and combined with the humidity just sapped me dry. Tough way to finish the run, but overall a good effort
