COMMENTS: Ran about 1.5 miles warm-up from Marsh Post to Harvard Stadium. Did some warm-up exercise and 2x200 strides. Then did vVO2max determination. Splits: 1:21, 2:50, 4:15, 5:40. Ran a total of 1700m, probably could have pushed myself a little harder. Did a cool-down then ran about 3.5 miles back to marshpost.
