Felt stiff at the beginning. Pace fluctuated during the 2 mile interval but felt like I was always just below lactic threshold. Last mile felt strong after switching to a lower stride.
Breakfast: oatmeal
Lunch: pasta, sausage marinara
Dinner: Chicken burrito, then salmon laksa
