Legs feeling sufficiently recovered from Sunday to go for a run. On and off rain all day, but got really heavy as I left lab. Headed down southwest corridor to try a new route. At Forest Hills, turned towards Arboretum and then hit a couple hills via Pond St. and Goddard Ave. before heading home. A good quality run despite the crappy weather. Feeling much stronger these days.
