100 pull ups

200 push ups

300 squats

1 mile run.

Partition by 20 sets of 5, 10, 15. SOLO workout, no partner and 4 minute PR from last year and no band for pull ups this year! Tough, tough, tough! but in honor of our fallen soldiers, suck it up.
