Easy 2 mile warm up then 1/2 mile intervals at 6:15-6:30 pace followed by 1/4 mile jog. 2 mile warm down. Intevals felt good and hard. My left hamstring was talking to me near the end but held out. Compression sleeve is saving me right now.
Good stuff.
