2 x (5 min at 7:30 pace, 5 min at 6:53 pace) with 3 min rec between
sped up during the last minute of each rep to about 6:00/mi
10 min warmup
5 min cooldown
felt pretty good tonight. the 7:30 portions felt real easy. 6:53 wasn't too bad either. i need to keep doing this tempo-paced stuff, because i think that i may be able to get a lot more out of these workouts currently than what i can with pure speed work. i think i m going to start doing 2 speed work sessions/week and a longer workout with this type of tempo-paced stuff from now on.
