Very good run tonight. Lower leg/AT's have been feeling great for a while now, and I feel like I'm about to finally stop feeling the need to talk about them. I really liked the progressive tempo workout tonight. I hit a lot of pace ranges, got got some high-end aerobic stuff in the first mile, some middle-paced stuff in the second miles, and some LT threshold work in during the final two miles, with a good, fast final 200m. Definitely going to perform this workout again later next week once I am recuperated from the race this Saturday.
