easy run on the treadmill. haven't slept great the past two nights (about 7hrs/), and its probably just because I've been spending too much time in my room, not eating super well, not spending a lot of time on my feet, and not winding down much before bed (and probably also because I'm jacking off before i go to sleep again). i did all the right things for the past week and slept better than i have in a LONG TIME (about 52 hrs of sleep last week - most nights over 8 hrs), so ill just keep doing that stuff again and make it a habit.

also, on a side note, INCREDIBLY INCREDIBLY INCREDIBLY EXCITED for summer B to start in a few weeks ((((((((((((((((((((::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
