Kept it easy tonight. Ran the first half at about 9:05 pace and the second half at about 8:55 pace. Needed to get some miles in for the week. Not really sure why my miles were so low the whole week this week. Anyways, my lower leg leg felt better (a lot) and I really think I finally figured it out (Medial Tibial Stress Syndrome). Good run tonight. Accomplished what I needed to accomplish.
