Notes
3 x (300, 200, 100 w/ 100 rec between) 400 rec between finishing with 100, 200 all-out
ran everything under 6:00 pace today, so it was a bit harder, but i stayed relaxed as best as i could and it wasnt very difficult. ran the 100 all-out in 13-low, the 200 all-out in 34 (died out BADLY at the end of the 200, just felt dead.)
