felt okay. started to feel really good after 7 miles (unhelpful), which was better than nothing i suppose. im sort of glad to be back from nyc because i can finally sleep well now (without yousef and max) and eat the right foods (ve eaten only shit the whole past week), so i can train a bit harder. im going to start to implement some new strength, explosive, and coordination drills two or three time/week, in addition to 2-3x/week cross training.
