Notes

After XT today, I feel like my lower left tibia area is hurting even more than when I just run. I originally was going to take this week off from running to let myself heal up but I feel fine other than the tibia thing, which I believe is from too much XT. After I run it doesn't hurt much at all, if at all; after XT it hurts a lot. So, I'll do some strengthening exercises for my AT's and do no more XT this week and see how it goes.
