Splits- Between 51-47 seconds.

Felt sluggish tonight. I don't think that I have been eating enough recently. Not to self- DO NOT TRY TO LOSE WEIGHT WHILE IN TRAINING. Very stupid. Also, AT's aren't feeling good. They felt alright while running, they have just been bothersome while walking. Very big pain in the ass. Icing and compression and elevation.
