feeling SUPER crappy today ---- will take tomorrow off. also have been in a really shitty mood and haven't felt like running at all recently, so I'm going to really focus on eating well and sleeping (more so than normal, at least) for the next few days. tomorrow will be an off day and friday will be an easy 20-30 mins, depending on how i feel. saturday is the next workout.
