Felt really good today; however, the 45 degree weather with 15 mph winds isn't helpful and definitely made this workout much more difficult than it should've been. this is a great workout, though. im very proud that i got to finish everything with relative ease. i could've definitely done 2-3 more reps without my time falling off.

workout = 4 x 400m in 1:22/rep w/ 800m jogs
