Ran the wrong workout today, I dont know how that hell that happened. Was supposed to be an easy 3 miles but instead did 2 mi ss with 2 mi warm and 1 mi cool

still feeling a bit sluggish from the hm, but overall feeling decent. i'll be where i want to be soon enough
