Notes

Didn't sleep well last night. Only got like 6 hours. I stayed home from school today because I felt like shit and I took a 2 hour nap and felt much better. Real good run. I warmed up really easy, did lots of active stretching, 2 x 100y strides, and did an ultra slow cooldown with some walking and light dynamic stretching during, which felt substantially better than my normal cooldowns consisting of running only. Going to start using slower and longer warmups/cooldowns. Also, I stretched at the park tonight after my run, and I also feel much better. I think that tonight was a solid run, but a very good night for the configuration of my runs.
