pretty solid workout tonight. still not sleeping too well so I'm keeping it pretty easy on the workouts and overall volume still. regardless, solid workout. i started out a bit slow on the 1200 and didn't recover fully but I'm still happy since that was my first "long" rep in a loooonnnng time. will probably repeat this workout next week with a bit more added on the tail end.
