2x800m w/400m rec (3:08, 3:14)
3x200m w/200m rec (35, 39, 32)
second hard workout of the day. ive never done two hard workouts in a day before so i decided to scale this one back a bit and will most likely do the workout in full (4x800, 3x200m) on friday. felt pretty solid but the 800m hurt a bit more than expected. im not really sure if im making progress in my running or not but i suppose we will find out come sunday when i have my two mile time trial.
