real workout= (2x1 mi (6:41, 6:50) w. 800m rec + 800m (~3:22(?)) w. 200m recovery jog + 600m (2:22(?)) w. 100m rec jog + 200m (40s) (last mile time= 6:24)) + 3 x 200m w. 200m rec (37, 36, 34)

felt surprisingly solid on the miles, but i cut the last one into a few separate sections to practice a bit of a kick (only had 200m then 100m recovery during the final mile). this was the first time ive ever completed a mile rep workout so im VERY happy and also happy that i could allllmost hit the times i wanted. the 200s are always easy for me. i couldnt help but open up a little bit on the last one, i felt good. great workout.
