wanted to test out my speed and my easy pace. my easy pace and speed both seem to be in much better order than i had thought theyd be in, so I'm very happy.

had the first track meeting today. the goal for this year is sub-2:00. I'm very excited for track and coach brown seems like an ass but he's very dedicated and committed and seems to understand how track athletes progress and what to do and when, so I'm very excited to get to work with him and the other coaches.
