2nd rep- 11:55 (7:59/mile)
3rd rep- 11:39 (7:48/mile)
Felt really good tonight. Closed the last 400m in about 1:45 and the last 100m in 20s. Very happy with tonight, and I'm also feeling totally fine. No AT tweaks or lower legs problems at! Feeling like I will be able to hit my race goals if I keep this up.
