Notes
First half of the run was in ~29:10, second half was in ~27:10. Felt realllllly good tonight, which was a bit surprising since I didn't sleep great last night and haven't eaten well. I decided to put a little bit extra in during the last half, with a few minutes here and there of pushing the tempo, with a few strides thrown in, too. Very good run tonight. Aiming for ~35 mi this week.
