7:30 warmup, a few dynamics on the treadmill

new mile PR on the treadmill, although it doesn't count because of the fact that it was on the treadmill (i estimate it to be between 5:45-5:49); VERY happy though - shows a lot of improvement even if the PR doesn't explicitly count - i didn't feel like i was trying anywhere NEAR 100% either, so thats very good. very very very happy.
