very easy run this morning, no breakfast beforehand. knee was bothering me a LOT yesterday, but i think it was just a strained quadricep or something like that because I've been getting in wayyy too much fast speed work (top-end stuff on the track) and not warming up enough, so thats what i get. anyways, I'm writing this at about 11:00 pm may 5, and my knee is feeling much much better, so i assume it was just a strain or something like that. i foam-rolled and stretched a little bit yesterday, too. my knee is feeling about 90%, id say, right now.
