very happy. first NYRR race (very well organized and easy to get everything accomplished per-race) which was awesome. ran a huge PR (went from 6:08----5:50), so I'm extremely excited about that. very good day overall. perfect weather and everything. the only thing is that i had to crap during the race so i wasnt able to push super hard but i still ran a huge PR so no problem.
