Felt surprisingly good tonight, right up until the end when I got a side stitch from what I guess wasn't enough sodium. Otherwise, everything else felt good. First 30mi. week too, so that's pretty sweet. Very happy. I have a down week coming up next week so I'll get a good chance to recuperate and rest up.
